This data is based on NINA's survey, monitoring and research projects conducted in 2009-2012 as well as some older surveillance data. The datasets are based on: (1) Country-wide lake surveys that represent different types of natural and influencing species. (2) Various projects focusing on ponds and other small water bodies in Eastern Norway (3) Older data (1993-d.d) from the limestone surveillance in Sørlandet (4) National monitoring program for long-range pollutants (5) Work on Protection plan in the 1970s / 80s (6) Several projects focusing on the cultural landscape and small water bodies
